Hey, everyone going to address the fact that I was gone because I'm sure it gets tiresome when you listen to these all in a row.

Except to say that I kept starting this episode and then just nothing freaking is happening.

It's really like, I don't know, the reading's just really neutral.

And so I kept just getting frustrated that there's not much going on.

So I guess I just have to be okay with the fact that sometimes these won't be funny.

You know, I guess they'll just be, I mean, not like every episode can be comedic gold, you know.

Every episode up until now has been, but, you know, it's not like that can continue forever.

So whatever, maybe it'll just have to be informative sometimes or, you know, we just have to do our work.

And maybe I'll accidentally be funny.

So we're on this, uh, Ruth.

We're going through it. There's a couple short books in a row, I think, right? Yeah. Um, so Ruth

chapter three. Then Naomi, her mother-in-law, said unto her, my daughter, shall I not seek rest for thee, that it may be well with thee.

And now is not Boaz of our, oh, if you remember, you know, I don't know if you just listened to the last one or whatever.

We got these two women, the ones widowed and one of the stepdaughter, or no, stepdaughter, I don't know, one of the daughters

came with her and they don't really have any men in their lives, which would actually be pretty

rough back then.

You need men.

And so they're reaching out to Boaz and, remember, the girl, like, went and, like, went and, like, went to Boaz's, wait, did that happen yet?

Oh shit, no, that didn't happen yet.

But anyway, they're trying to reach out to this guy, Boaz, who's some sort of relative,

hoping that he'll just kind of help him out.

And now is not Boaz of our kindred with whose maidens thou wast?
