Hey, just real quick, before I get to Mike, because I, you know,

and do not misunderstand what I say here,

because St. John's has been an unbelievable story.

They are fun to watch,

and I think they've got every opportunity to win a national championship,

and they're doing it by the rule, so good for them.

But no one seems to write the story that a lot of why they've won 27 games this year,

or whatever it is, and why they are where they are, is because they've got an ATM,

by the name of Mike Rapoli behind them that allows them to go out and get

players. And this is just based off the previous caller. Rutgers doesn't have that. A lot of teams

don't have that. And so you are dealing from a position of weakness when it comes to NIL. And even

even Rick Petino about a month ago said the same thing that the only reason Kadari Richmond left

Seton Hall was because St. John's could pay him more money. That sucks if you're

Seton Hall and good if you're St. John's. No one's and Petino's amazing. I'm a great coach,

but no one seems to write the story that a large part of, remember a year ago, he was claiming

it was the most unenjoyable season of his life, and Ripoli came out and said, I will pay and do whatever

I have to do to make them good. And they have. And you are wearing a St. John's. I just noticed

that. You're wearing a St. John's hoodie. What's up, Mike? don't want to focus on, but every team, I mean, we knew about Ohio State football, the most expensive roster ever built in this sport.

And that's just going to continue.

If NIL ever gets kind of not completely thrown out the window and it shouldn't be thrown out, but if it ever becomes more regulated and kept in check, then maybe the playing field will be a little bit more level.
