So Diana Rusini resigns from the athletic due to the Mike Vrable pictures with her at that resort in Arizona and says that the story's getting out of control and the athletic can't do a proper investigation because of the narratives that are out there that are unmoored in truth.

And basically, in paraphrasing it, it's that I didn't do anything wrong, but this thing,

this whole story has been hijacked. And in order for me to not have my career completely ruined

by this, I'm going to step away from the athletic because it's a big distraction.

Now, if this were me, this is what I think I would do. Now, it's very, very hard to say this because you're not in this person's footsteps. However, I feel like if I were accused of something

that I didn't do, like she's claiming, that this is an innocent thing.

He had friends at this resort. She had friends at this resort. And this was nothing more than just a

little bit of a hug and whatever. And it's getting blown out of proportion that I would

stick by my guns and I would say, do the investigation, finish the investigation.
