Welcome to Gymnastics International, episode four, where we take a deep dive into the

latest competitions from around the world.

While all eyes, I'll say all seven eyes of the gymnastics world this past weekend,

were on the Friendship and Solidarity competition in Japan.

There were many, a flurry, we'll say, of other competitions going on,

including the national championships for the number two and number three women's gymnastics teams in the world as of the last

world championships Russia and Italy. I'm Spencer I'm here with Jessica and we are going to

talk about those competitions and if you'd like to watch

So we'll start with Russian Women's Nationals.

Russian men's Nationals was the previous week.

We didn't talk about it because like men,

but also because many of the top athletes

of the Russian men were not there,

and that was the same at women's nationals.
