0:50.0	Vladimir Putin over the phone in recent days. But Ukraine's president, Vladimir Zelensky,
0:55.9	said his government, quote, knew nothing about the talks and wouldn't participate.

1:04.1	Well, Joe, the US is presenting this meeting as a first step, really a way to determine if

1:11.3	And from what we're hearing so far, there's no evidence they've got any intention of compromising.
1:16.0	Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov ruled out territorial concessions ahead of these talks.
1:20.2	And this morning, the Kremlin said no settlement was possible without addressing, quote,
