today's show we have Scott Horton. This is a cold intro because we forgot to do the

intro while speaking to Scott. But the reason is because when Scott jumps on the

line, he's just kind of a ball of energy and we start talking about the topic immediately

and we don't want to interrupt the flow of the conversation with with an introduction so

that's why we're doing it now but if you guys don't know who Scott is he is

definitely one of my heroes and biggest influences. He is the writer of Fool's Arrend and

enough already in his most recent book, Hotter than the Sun, which is all about nukes,

which will be one of the topics of discussion but on today's show we

talk a lot about the war in Ukraine and just really the overall risk of

nuclear war Scott was gracious to give us about two hours of his time or

actually a lot more than that.

And we had a great conversation. Fair warning though, midway through this show, my audio

went on the Fritz, so we are reverting to Skype audio. I don't think most people will mind

unless you're a real audio snob, but I just listen to it. It sounds fine, so I think you guys are going to love it.
