The cities of Ukraine are again being bombarded in another massive missile attack by Russian forces.

Warnings are ensanted out in several cities across Ukraine as explosions were reported

from Levyv in the west to Harkiv in the northeast and Odessa in the south.

Ukraine says Russia launched dozens of missiles targeting the civilian population and critical

infrastructure, again causing power cuts during the cold winter weather.

The attacks came hard on the heels of the Kremlin's rejection of Ukrainian peace plan, with

Moscow insisting that Kiev accept its annexation of four regions of Ukraine.
