How was practice?

It was good.

It was hot.

Believe it or not, it was one of the, it was not as hot as it's been.

Yeah, that's what everyone was saying as I was sweating my. But it was good, good first day for me.

Obviously, they've been going for at least a week, right? Yeah, this is day seven.

Day seven. So it was a good practice.

I thought right off the bat, the quarterbacks who I was watching, Russell Wilson,

looked really good.

Apparently this was people that were sitting with me saying this is really not his best practice,

but one of his better practices of training camp. I had a nice deep ball to Malik Neighbors, which I got on camera, by the way. Yeah. Looked really good in the intermediate game. Changed some things at the line of scrimmage. As I was recording, I zoomed in a little bit and saw that he was changing things up at the line of scrimmage. So overall, I thought, you know, Russ had a really good day, but nothing to really compared against because it was my first day. Same thing with Jackson Dart. Looks like, you know, he's getting better practice after practice after practice, which I think is very important. You want to see those kind of signs early on. Those setbacks are just getting better every day. He is taking second team reps. I don't know if he's going to be the backup quarterback, but he's been taking a lot of second team. So they're definitely giving them a lot of opportunities. And then obviously we'll talk about more in-depth. But overall, I thought, you know, just a good crisp day for the offense with some

hiccups along the way. Yeah. We'll run through the quarterbacks first, of course. The offense has, I would say from top to bottom, let's just say Russell Wilson and Jackson Dart. Those are the main two quarterbacks in the first team and second team, the main two teams that you're paying attention to. and then, you know, James gets, you know, third team reps. And then also, you know, Tommy DeVito will get in there every once in a while, too. So we'll talk about the two quarterbacks. I thought both of those two quarterbacks, if you combine their performances, I thought it was their best day together overall with the first team and second team. Malik Neighbors was back in practicing, which was a really good sign. Brian Dale said before practice that he's going to be limited, but he really wasn't unless he caught a deep ball and then he would come off for a couple plays. Wando Robinson is back. Jalen Hyatt's back. They had good practices. We're going to talk about Evan Neal, Marcus Bo, and D Darius Alexandria, Alexander, and the interior defense line depth overall. We'll touch on Deontate Banks and Cordell Flot. Six more pre-snap penalties. I've talked about this on other live streams before. Six more pre-snap penalties today, just two day in today's practice. Offense and defense is included in that, even though I think most of the time it was on

the office side of the ball. We'll talk Abdul Carter and then some other notes to end the stream as well,

like Tom Clough and Eli Manning were there today. Fire me up Tom, Tom Cough, and his speech two days ago was

pretty awesome. So yeah, let's start off with Russ, where multiple targets today, it wasn't just
