Well, I think that what we've been evolving, and I'm not saying changing, but I think definitely evolving is just our mindset. You know, I think mindset's everything. I think belief is everything. I think you would ask for a trade if there was a team out there than a quarterback.

I'm surprised that James didn't ask for a trade. He seems to like it here. He likes it here, but he's third string. And, you know, I mean, that's an asset that you have that you could trade.
