Eric Davis was a five-tool star in the Cincinnati.

Reds baseball team, Wes's favorite team, and injuries conspired to keep him out of the hall. But perhaps maybe as a nod to Wes, the baseball gods and really the voters,

now you get dicey where you're counting on the voters for a miracle, put Eric Davis in.

But great player, Eric Davis.

I used to tease West.

He was no Daryl Strawberry, who was another superstar of that ilk in the late 80s.

But Eric Davis is probably a more well-rounded player.

For some reason, I always just, when I think of the Reds, I just think how silly it is

that their original name was the Red Stockings.

And how silly it remains that there are two baseball teams named the Red Sox and the White Sox,

and the Reds are the Red Legs.

I don't know.

It just seems silly. Well, I think Sox is a newer, Stockings was the red in the reds or the red legs I don't know it just seems silly
