I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius. And it's a special weekend edition of the LFR pod. I went to the first game I've gone to, believe it or not, in a little over two years. You know the starting lineup, D, the last time I went to a Laker game, it was Lakers versus Celtics, we kicked their ass. Our starting lineup, I want to talk positional size, Russell Westbrook at the one, THT at the two, LeBron, AD, and Dwight. That's big MFs all around, right? And so I went to the game last night

and there is a magic in that building on days that are good.

And it was a great game.

Lakers pulled it out 123 to 122.

But there's a magic inside that arena

that are a wonderful creative director, J. Diaz,

once told me that from his perspective, there's a timelessness

about going to a Laker game where, like, even as much as the world can change outside of that

building, like the being inside, it seems very similar to the way that it was 20 years ago.

And it was just a beautiful thing. I caught one of the tinsels that fall down from the ceiling

when the Lakers win got one of those.

And it was just a wonderful night.

On the court, Lakers fought really hard.

LeBron did not play.
