This is the C.HCO Bears podcast, a special Saturday edition as the Bears

Bears wrapped up rookie mini camp over at Hallis Hall, Adam Hogue, alongside Mark Carmen, Stephen Nicholas, producing,

as always. And, you know, the thing you learn, whether it's rookie minicamp or any, really anything

you're doing in life over the course of a couple days. If you have a bad day, it's all about

what you do next. You learn from the adversity.

You get back out there and you do your best the next day.

That is exactly what my friend Mark Carmen did today. It was really good. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'll clap myself. It was, it was a tough night last night, Hogue. a guy I left out of here and turned on the radio and there's Jeff Joniak out with Waddl and Sylvie just bashing me to the moon this idiot and you know Waddle tries to defend

me. Hey, my wife plays tennis with that guy. Then he dogs tennis, you know, and but what do you

think you meant by that? Oh, he's called like a tennis guy. It's a age old call and the tennis guy soft move by Joniak, which was of course soft by Joniak. Jeffrey, I love you. By the way, shout out to Joniak who I walked out with today. And he stopped with the Melissa Isaacson, Northwestern students and, you know, it was giving him 15, 20 minutes of his Joniak time which is very nice

of him but yeah you know I brought I brought some coffee in today Hogue to try to make things right

for everybody and um you know I clearly I overspent a two boxes of Joe one would have been

enough barely any of it was drinking but I was one of those costs it. It's like a 27-a-box situation. Yeah, you know, not, you know, so we could have gotten away with one. But I wanted to make sure that everybody had enough. Didn't want to leave everybody short. So we brought with the two. And I think that me and Grotie and Courtney and maybe you had a cup and that was about it. But hey, it's the gesture that counts.

Shout out again to, you know, Danny and Callan and Allie and Ted.

And, you know, let's go all the way up to the food chain, George and Kevin and Ryan.

I apologize to the bears.

And I'll never, ever, ever bring a canister into the Walter Payton Center again, I could promise you.
