Two things always happen whenever a conservative is nominated for the Supreme Court. First,

Liberals go nuclear to destroy the nominee with lies, smears, enuendo, and their mobs. Second,

Liberals will grill conservative nominees on a legal doctrine of starry deceased. That's Latin

for stand on the decisions. In other words, don't overturn precedent, especially if liberal

justices decided it. Well, on Monday, the Supreme Court overturned a 40-year-old precedent.

In 1979, the court ruled that states could be sued by another state's court without their consent.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion overturning Nevada V-Hall. He said that the 1979

ruling went against the Constitution's doctrine of state immunity. Forget starry deceased,

the previous ruling was wrong. And Liberals are having a fit. They are deeply disturbed because

they say this is a veiled threat that Roe vs. Wade will soon be on the chopping block. Who knows?

That might be the case someday. In the meantime, I'll take Liberals being deeply disturbed by a

Supreme Court ruling instead of us being deeply disturbed by one any day.
