We are so glad you're here with us. We are very excited about this episode. I think it's going to be a really, really good one. But before we start,

let's all do our Grondy Moments. Who wants to go first? Okay, so I'm going to start by kind of

explaining what a grounding moment is, so you have reference everybody has reference so

grounding moment is anything from your week that you have found to give you perspective it can be big

it can be small anything in between so for me mine's kind of big this week um this week my grounding

moment is paternity leave because i'm like wildly appreciative of it so

gardeners um four weeks old now and Matt has been home for the last four weeks with us and he goes

back to work next week and so I'm really thankful for that time because I know a lot of people don't get that

and so for me that's my grounding moment.
