Because I actually felt, I felt pretty good about the first half. Like there were things that I thought they could clean up, but I was saying there being like, hey, you know, the starting lineup was pretty good. That Lonzo stretch was really, really tough for them. But outside of that, there's some encouraging signs here. And then the second half hits. And it followed a very similar script to some of these other games, except we didn't have the comeback in the fourth quarter, right?

Like it looked like they were even going to make that same push, but then it didn't occur.

And then by the end of the game, the starting lineup was actually their worst lineup on the night,

even though it had a good first half.

They were outscored by eight points.

And once again, that's one of those things where your stats for an entire game never

will represent how this team is playing because they are either playing much better or much

worse than those averages.

Yeah, I felt that way.

I felt, you know, and I think I'm going into this podcast today, pretty disappointed.

And, you know, I think going into the game, I was like, you know, whatever, they're really

playing bad not well right now.

I'm not expecting a lot, you know, but then they make the starting lineup change and they

come out of the gates really well.

And I thought even in the first half, the offense fell off a cliff after that initial 28 point burst yeah when they went up 2816 and the bulls went zone and they were turning the ball over left and right but i'm like well they're at least playing hard you know there's at least a good focus or attention to like, hey, even if we mess up, we're going to try to clean up our mistakes and we're going to try to make the Bulls earn it on the other end.

And again, I don't think they played well at all in the second quarter.

But like they were, there was at least a cohesion of effort,

if not of execution. And then the third quarter happened and neither, neither, you know,

and like I literally, is the, you know, some folks in our discord were a little bummed after the

first half after they gave up the lead. I'm like, yeah, I'm fine with it. You know, they're missing

guys. Chicago's healthy at home, you know, like, yeah, I'm fine with it. You know, they're missing guys. Chicago's healthy.
