easy and effective and joyful, but also productive and successful. And we should be working hard,

but we shouldn't be hurting ourselves to do it. Right. And I think you and I both talk about that in our own

ways. What I am so excited about is that you are kind of a deep dive expert in the realm of

meetings. And I will say that in my experience, you know, I work with organizations across

industries. We talk about how to activate their teams, which is kind of making them more effective,

productive, joyful, all of those things.
