I mean, I have to say the flights didn't seem as long as I had fretted about,

but it just was, I mean I'd been to Asia before, I'd been to

Well, you are a very well-traveled person and how fun it is to must have been to go with kids who are, what are they like, 19 to 21-ish, so like they're old enough to like be appreciative and

and go try to see the Imperial Palace on their own

and I set off on my own for a few runs.

I have to tell you Tish that I debated so many months

whether or not to bring my running shoes.

And I was finally motivated by so many different mother runners I had seen photos of them running in Japan specifically.

And I was like, oh, okay, I can do this, I can do this. do this yeah yeah you can totally do it and I have to say I went to

China to adopt my daughter actually and had the same debate like should I bring my running

shoes I'm adopting a baby am I going to actually be able to run and I brought my money

and so I figured well you know I can always walk and and I ended up running every day.
