| 1:22.0 | governor of Wisconsin and Marco Rubio, senator from Florida. |
| 1:25.0 | Walker and Rubio were two of the earliest to introduce their replacement plans. |
| 1:30.0 | And they are relying mostly on something called a refundable tax credit for health |
| 1:35.5 | insurance. |
| 1:36.5 | Now that sounds like a tax cut and what's better in this world than tax cuts. |
