Happiness is pouring out of my pores as we start episode number 992 of the Potter's cast super happy about our journey

in this podcast, The Potter's cast. It's been absolutely amazing. And it's that time of year,

like we're here at the very beginning of the year when people are setting all

these New Year's resolutions. Well, I don't necessarily set New Year's resolutions. I just kind of

set up some new goals that I want to have for the year. And one thing that I've been doing that's

kind of traditional in my household is that I do yoga, 30 days of yoga, and I do that with Adrian. I don't know if you've ever

heard of her on the YouTube. You can check her out. It's an amazing deal. It's for beginners. It's

for like just kind of getting into it. And so I do it every January. I don't go a whole lot

further than that, but I do yoga at least for January.

And this year, this year, I'm feeling it because I haven't been as active since my eye injury.

So now I'm kind of getting my body moving again and I can kind of do some of those poses where my eye pressure won't be painful.

So yeah, there you go.
