Joe Maloney is planning for his son's fifth birthday party

But not in the way you might think

Joe mixed June's drink

Then June and Joe had a small argument after dinner about the car

Joe was married to June

But for the last year or more she had been desperately trying to get away from him.

She was pretty upset at that part of their breakup. She really wanted to escape.

Back at the party, June picked up the drink her ex-husband Joe had made and drank from it.

She came home and she walked in the door and it was like she was a different person.

And I said, June, I said, how many drinks did you have?

Over the next 48 hours, June Maloney began to slowly slip into a coma.

And her ex-husband Joe watched her every breath.

I seen him leave. I seen Joe take June to the hospital in the car.

And then, at the age of 26, she died.

It's alleged that she was poisoned that had her son's fifth birthday party. And all eyes turned to

Joe Maloney. Then it was pretty immediate that he was the prime suspect. So he was arrested and he was

indicted? He was indicted, yes. What for or what were the job? For murder in the first degree. Facing a

lifetime in prison, Joe Maloney managed to escape and went on the run, a fugitive

from justice.
