| 1:19.0 | If I've been laying down and I decide, yes, I want to run my race, |
| 1:23.5 | I can't get from this position to standing. |
| 1:27.3 | I can't jump from here to standing. I have to go from this to sitting. |
| 1:31.3 | Then I go from sitting to standing. |
| 1:35.3 | Then I go from standing to walking. |
| 1:40.3 | Then after I walked, wow, I can run my race. |
| 1:49.0 | But now, you see, each one of those phases takes time, |
| 1:53.3 | and each one has a meaning that we need to look into. |
