When we're determined to never give up, there is no limit to what God can do in our lives.

Doing a series this weekend called Never Give Up,

because that's one of the things the devil really tries to get us to do is quit and give up we all threaten to most of us don't because God won't leave us alone but I don't want to just keep going through that

I don't want to see people keep going through those down times where they just

feel like they want to quit and give up.

Tonight we're going to talk about running your race.

The Bible talks about each of us running a race and Paul said that he was determined to finish

his course with joy. Actually the Bible has quite a bit to say about running. You know

Elijah ran 20 miles and out ran Ahab's chariot, giving him

the news that it was about to rain. The Bible says, by my God I can run through a troop and leap over a wall.

It says that they that wait upon the Lord shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and they shall not faint.

Well running your race, however, is a process.

And there are many things that you have to learn, to be honest,

before you will get around to running.

We all want to start out just at the end, but you don't

start there, you start at the beginning. Second Corinthians 318, for example, says that God
