I was mentored by a couple great coaches. Coach John Wooden of UCLA fame was a mentor of mine.

He's no longer with us. And Coach Dale Brown, I've learned a lot about, you know, running sports teams just based on their mentorship.

And you want to be on a winning team. There's nothing, even as a CEO and owner of a company, if you are losing everybody's morale is low, it's painful.
