For this week's episode, I want to talk about a topic that's actually been in the running

world for at least a couple of weeks now, but it just continues to gain momentum.

And I think the reason for that is because it is an important topic.

It's also a controversial one that has a lot of polarization to it.

And when I see topics like this, I think there's value there because putting spotlights on important topics does allow us as a community to unpack things in a way that hopefully gives us a better understanding of where there are potentially flaws or things that we could address and get closer to a better

solution or a better protocol than we currently have if we're willing to step back and look at

it through a lens of productivity versus conflict. So obviously there's a big risk there too when
