And I've got with me as usual, or as always, Sean McIver.

Welcome back again, as always.

And we are now on our third film of our kind of mini trilogy that we put together.

It's not really a trilogy of any type, but it's three films that have a few things in common. They are all from

the 1950s. They're all about naval combat, or at least naval sailors and ships and things like

that, and they all have some of the greatest names in Hollywood history. So tonight's movie, as I mentioned last week, is Run Silent,

Run Deep, 1958, black and white film. And let's talk about the basics, as we always do,

and then we will go into a little bit more detail about the cast and the history of the movie

and everything else. So the length of Run, Silent, Run Deep is one hour and 33 minutes.

It's a very short film.

That makes up for some of these really long ones we've been doing, Sean.

It's kind of nice.
