Got off to a hot start last night in San Francisco.

The Yankees are enjoying an off day in between opening day and then Friday afternoon when they'll be back playing the Giants with Cam Schlittler taking the mound.

Last night went pretty damn well for the New York Yankees, although some fans are complaining for some God-awful, unknown reason, whatever you you want to say i'm not one of those

people man that was an excellent win for the yankees last night that's exactly how you want to

start the new season off because that's a win against a really good pitcher in logan webb he's

one of the best in all of Major League Baseball.

Yankees blitzed him for five runs in the second inning, tacked down another couple late.

It could have been even worse than that.

But a great job body offense.

They put up seven runs against Webb with one, one extra base hit, and Aaron Judge going

over five.

So that's what you want to see out of the New York Yankees.

You want to see them score runs in a variety of different ways, not use the long ball,

be able to find holes in the infield, move runners along, steal bases,

put the bat on the ball.

Look at the hit that Ryan McMahon had in that inning.

That hit by Ryan McMahon really set the tone for the game right there,

because if he strikes out, you know, the Yankees don't tack on there and score four more runs.

And who knows, you know, one-nothing games is a lot different than a five-nothing game,

although Max Fried was great last night.
