by somebody at Bleacher Report.

Gallaudet has not had a 1,000-yard season since 2019 with the Detroit Lions.

Stop it right there for a second.

The whole article should end right there.

Galaday hasn't had a thousand-yard season in, what, four years, so why sign him?

But the article somehow continues.

But the Bears would not need him to be that player again.

Quote, Chicago would use Gal him to be that player again. Quote.

Chicago would use Gallaudet as a depth piece behind Moore and Darno Mooney.

What about Chase Claypool?

Galdane is the ultimate low-risk, high reward signing,

and his experience playing in the NFC North could be valuable to the Bears.
