Summary

Sarah is still taking a moment to breathe (after finding out Teddi has moved into Kyle's part time, a moment was needed), but found that a RHOBH catch-up viewing in RI necessitated a deep dive. Dorit is just that good! She unpacks the ever-winding road of Kyle v. Dorit, allegations (by Team Kyle?) about Dorit and PK's made-for-tv split, Mauricio's detached persona, Bozoma "Boz" Saint John's so-far-triumphant entrance to the franchise, and a perhaps surprising take on Erika Jayne. RHOBH is trucking along, and this solo dive is an 18-wheeler - it's Andy's Girls, Episode 620!

NewGround: a Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change: NewGround envisions an America where Muslims and Jews and others, both secular and religious, model lasting partnerships and engagement in authentic communication and mutual cooperation. The organization empowers Muslims, Jews and allies to bridge divisions and leverage shared values to strengthen our communities and our fragile democracy. https://mjnewground.org/

Standing Together: Standing Together  is a progressive grassroots movement mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel against the occupation and for peace, equality, and social justice. We know that the majority have far more in common than that which sets us apart and only a tiny minority benefits from the status quo. The future that we want — peace and independence for Israelis and Palestinians, full equality for everyone in this land, and true social, economic, and environmental justice — is possible. To achieve this future, we must stand together as a united front: Jewish and Palestinian, secular and religious, Mizrahi and Ashkenazi, rural and urban, and people of all genders and sexual orientations. As the largest Jewish-Arab grassroots movement in Israel, we are committed to creating an alternative to our existing reality and building the political strength to make this transformation possible. https://www.standing-together.org/en

Solutions Not Sides: Solutions Not Sides has been teaching skills of empathy, active listening, communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution through exploration of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict since 2010. Our programme is based on three key values: non-violence, equality for all, and the rejection of hatred.https://solutionsnotsides.co.uk/

Israel Trauma Coalition: The Israel Trauma Coalition provides a holistic-collaborative approach that includes knowledge, tools and resources for optimal emergency preparedness, professional support, focused on the rapid recovery of the individual, community and strengthening national resilience. https://israeltraumacoalition.org/en/

Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF): PCRF is the primary humanitarian organization in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. Access to essential resources like food, clean water, and healthcare is severely limited. Urgent action is needed. With your support, we can continue this vital work, ensuring that the over one million children of Gaza receive the urgent care they need and deserve. https://www.pcrf.net/

The Okay, you guys, it's Andy's girls. It's up 619, 620-ish, somewhere in the 6thes. I am in Rhode Island. My dad's Shiva, also known as fake Shiva, was last night. Oh, God, it was wild. I started crying. I looked at my phone just to track how I was doing, and I started crying

0:56.3

two minutes in. So that's not a great indicator. And I haven't seen many of these like family

1:01.3

friends for a long time because I'm based in New York City, obviously there in Rhode Island.

1:06.9

So it's like opening the door and and having a flash to my like childhood and youth, but also in the

1:13.0

context of this very sad event was very strange and sort of equally out of body and connective.

1:23.6

And I had not really, but kind of volunteered as tribute, but truly almost against my will to read my dad's

1:33.7

sign our letter because I think several of us felt that it should happen, but no one wanted to do

1:42.0

it. And at any other point in time, at any other event,

1:48.0

ideally not one related to the death of a family member. I, but actually, honestly, I've,

1:53.3

I've delivered eulogies. I've spoken at a number of funerals and certainly much happier occasions and events and other things,

2:04.3

but bearing the responsibility for carrying my dad's words and giving them life and knowing that

2:12.9

I was absolutely going to be breaking down, which he would have hated and been very upset at,

2:19.9

because it quite literally, obviously, impacted the delivery of words, which I know that gets really

2:25.9

granular. And how could anyone be upset if you share emotion? But anyway, it was just at points

2:33.0

incredibly overwhelming. But then also, I can't really share any information or details. But there was also like genuine, crazy family drama, which as an absolute outsider to it and complete voyeur, I did say at points like like, this is housewifey and energy. Like,

2:53.4

there was stuff that was happening. Before it went and ran real bleak, like, it truly went into a

3:00.3

dark, sort of sad, upsetting area. Before that happened, it was just, I was like, feed me the tea. Like, I truly was like,

3:10.8

I just need an escape from this. So it was, even though I have been tragically behind on my

3:17.5

housewife watching, it was one of those moments where I was like, thank you. Thank you to the

3:24.1

Lord's above for giving me this because there's nothing

3:28.7

quite like watching wild dynamics take place and being able to do so in an absolute safe
