Hey, they're not playing games in Minneapolis.

The Department of Homeland Security has arrested thousands of people in just the last two weeks.

And now there's questions about the legal rights of those people that have been detained.

And there's lots of different categories because immigration and customs enforcement are serving warrants for removal,

but they have to be processed before they're removed from the country.

And there is sometimes a goodly amount of time until we identify who these people are.

We don't know who they are.

It is the nature of illegals to be undocumented.

So it has to be verified. And then we don't know where country they are it is the nature of illegals to be undocumented so it has to be verified and then we

don't know what country there they are to go to the country that they say how do you know they're

telling the truth you have to contact the country and make sure that that country agrees that they

are residents and of that country. So it does take time.

But the question of legal representation has come up.
