Today, an armed man was shot by security after ramming his vehicle into a synagogue in a Detroit suburb.

The fourth Department of Homeland Security funding bill has failed in the Senate. The White

House's financial disclosures for top officials are incomplete. Attorney General Pam Bondi has been

moved into free military housing. Veterans Affairs is drafting plans to institutionalize homeless

veterans against their will. Senator John Cornyn has started sucking up to President Trump by endorsing

killing the filibuster to pass the Save Act, and a federal judge has blocked construction of a

concentration camp warehouse in Williamsport, Maryland. I'm Allison Gill. And I'm Dana Goldberg.

Hey, my friend, happy Friday. Welcome back. Thank you. Thanks for covering me last night. I had a really, just an amazing show in Nashville. It's so funny because even some of the guests were like, why Nashville? How did you end up here? And I'm like, why not? Like, this is a great community. But I got to tell you, AG, well, there was a table that flew in from Chicago or drove in from Chicago. Chicago, if you're listening, and I didn't get a chance to meet you, it made my night. I had people, there was a woman that flew in from Oklahoma, some people drove in from Memphis. It was just a really joyful night of community, and I had two comedians open up for me, Tara Brown and Sean Flanagan. And they were like, that was one of the most affirming, safe rooms I have ever performed in my life. Incredible. And it just made me feel good. Then when I didn't get to shout out on stage, was Phil Williams, and I felt so bad that I didn't. He was sitting front row and the nosiest bitch in Nashville.

So Phil, if you aren't listening to this, by the way, and he was there with, I believe,

his wife possibly.

It was just a great.

It was really, it was a great show.

And there, you know, I had fans, some of our listeners that came and gave me a hug that

have 10-year-old trans kids that they're trying to raise in Tennessee. Man. Like, they're out there doing the fucking work, and I'm just so impressed with all of you. You know, people that came in from Memphis, there's organizations, all these blue dots in these red states just really fighting the battles way harder than we have to in California, New York.
