insurrection on January 6th of 2020. He was the first American president in the United States to lead an armed insurrection against his own government.

And the first president not to peacefully transfer power to the next president.

Again, for the first time in our history,

Donald Trump tried to steal an election and is still trying to dismantle our democracy.

So now the Colorado Supreme Court, they've decided that enough is enough and under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, specifically Article

3, they have elected to keep Trump off the 2024 presidential ballot, effectively banning him from running in that state.

Because simply put, you can't run for president of the United States

when you actively seeking to

fucking destroy it.

He will be on the primary ballot,

but unless the Colorado court is overturned,

he will not be on the ballot for president.

Trump's team, of course, is appealing.

Now you'd hope that this would give Republicans
