Hey everybody and welcome back. This is Backcountry Hunters and

Podcasts. I'm Hal Herring and I wanted to record a quick introduction to this one.

As you know, if you listen to the podcast before sometime we don't want to kind of flatter

our guests there and embarrass them with the with the recitation of all their vast accomplishments.

And the same thing is here today with my podcast,

with the Rudy Raceline of Raceline Alternative Energy

and Raceline Farms in Missouri.

He's based in Missouri.

Just a little background for two years ago,

my good friend Brandon Butler was the director of Conservation Federation of

Missouri and he invited me to come down to Jeff City there and speak to a

gathering of the of the Federation there.

And Brandon has since gone to work for Rudy Raceline,

proven again that he's maintaining his position on a cutting edge of American

conservation and I don't say that lightly. Brandon is a touchstone for me in

trying to understand where we are in America with conservation and his position

there and Rudy's place there in Missouri in the heart of America in and over again from before the Civil War to now. So Brandon introduced me two years ago to Rudy Raceline and I spent a couple of days

with Rudy then basically just listening to a man who has is

redefining American agriculture and alternative energy at the same time.

It is a vision which could not come at a better time

and it comes from a man who, I would just, just to to we'll talk about this in a podcast but
