0:00.0	Welcome back to the Emily show. Today is a little bit of a heavier topic day. I'm going to tell you what we're covering and then give you a little bit of a content warning on that. Today I am covering the very recent arrest and indictment of Cheer Coach Monica Aldama's son Austin.
0:18.6	He has been indicted on 10 counts of possession and more of lewd images of children and we are going to talk about those charges.
0:29.6	I am not going to get into the heavy details of those charges. I will get into the law of those

0:47.1	And then we are going to talk about Kevin Frankie and the two motions he filed against Jody Hildebrandt. Kevin Frankie is trying to make sure
0:56.7	that the sale of Jody Hildebrandt's house does not just slip by without perhaps restitution being paid to the Frankie children and for a temporary
1:07.6	restraining order and we're going to go through both of those filings in detail. So an overview of what's going on with
