The Washington County Court will review if the two women will be allowed out on bail.

Frankie, a mother of six and Hilda Brandt, are charged with six felony counts of aggravated child abuse

after their arrest on August 30th at Hilda Brant's house in Ivins.

Officers say Frankie's 12-year-old son escaped through a window and ran to a neighbor's home pleading for food and water.

So today was supposed to be a court appearance for a bail hearing. However, the attorney for

Ruby Frankie decided that he wasn't quite prepared for today's court appearance, so he put it off.

Now, these are very, very, very serious charges.

They're supposed to appear again tomorrow, and this is for a bail hearing.

And the trend, of course, nationally is that almost everyone gets bail, unless they can say you're a danger to the community or you're a danger to yourself or

they're a flight risk, you're getting bailed.
