Of course, the impending New Year and whatever other holidays, people, Kwanza, whatever holiday

you celebrate, I think this time of year it's important to be around friends and family and

feel the warmth of the season. With that said,

we saw yesterday Ruby Frankie enter a court of law and enter four guilty pleas in regards to the

case against her, the four charges, the four felonies that she pled to.

Seems like everyone on YouTube has been covering this case.

Some surprises, I think, that they were predicting different things than what we actually predicted early on.

We predicted early on that one of the two defendants was going to

cop a plea and we predicted it was going to be Ruby Frankie because even though she is as

complicit as Jody Hildebrandt it would seem that Jody Hildebrandt is the worst of the two. However, it's tough in a case

like this, a situation like this, to assign that title to the horrific crimes that were committed.

So we're going to talk today because yesterday when we covered this case,

we didn't have really the results of the allocution.

In New York, when you plead guilty, you must stand in front of the court of law

and orally admit to each and every part of that crime and subdivision and admit to each one.

In this case, she did allocute, but in the way of writing in a sworn statement.

So that wasn't known until, or wasn't't published until we got off the air yesterday.

So guys, hold on to your seat. You're about to enter the police off the cuff zone.
