I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

Folks, we're going back to covering the Ruby Frankie case,

the Jody Hildebrandt.

And the body cam video, the woman who is on the screen right there,

is a woman named Pan Boucher.

And the body cam video will watch it a couple of times,

but she was taking care of two of the Frankie children after Ruby was arrested.

And up until very recently, the body cam was not available. On August 30th, shortly after Ruby

Frankie's children were bound, found bound and injured in southern Utah, officials fearing the

worst for her remaining children quickly located two of her other

daughters at a house of one of Frankie's friends.

An American fork, the interaction of their discovery was documented in a body cam video.

Because of the situation that unfolded in southern Utah,

officers went to the home of Pam Bacher,

where they found the girls.

Bacher's listed on the leadership page of connections,

the company owned by Jody Hildebrandt.

We're going to watch the video, but this is somewhat outrageous in a way that when you hear what

Pam Botcher did with the kids, it struck me as abusive in itself that she had company coming over.

So she had them scrub her floors.

I mean, I can't imagine when I was a child going over to one of my parents' friends' house

...
