Is this the most difficult moment of your professional life?

Well, it is a busy one for sure because you know this role is new to me. I've only been here for six months and

this is a personally important issue to me and then third I'm running the largest part of the company

right now and today we're announcing earnings so I'm in the middle of earnings

call and trying to solve one of the biggest social issues I think

the country's facing not only Starbucks.
