Hello, I need a breath. I'm Lexi Lombard. You're listening to a new episode of the

0:10.4

at Lexi podcast and let's all take a couple deep breaths before we get started.

0:15.2

This is a self-improvement episode by its notes that I've written.

0:20.4

So let's take a couple deep breaths before I get started simply because I need them and who who doesn't like a breath? Who doesn't need a breath?

0:27.2

All right ready? Breathe in.

in.

0:37.0

Okay, let's get into the episode. I want to dedicate this episode to Jenny from where I live,

0:49.0

where, as in W-E-A-R. She's a YouTube friend of mine who recently created a video concept called routines that I didn't quit and I was so

0:59.6

Inspired by that idea and that idea was inspired by one of the people in her

1:03.3

1:28.0

And I came up with a list of 10 of them and I want to go over them

1:31.0

and give you guys something to think about. The first one is a wake-up time. I began this in 20-20 when I really had nowhere to be outside my house because we were in quarantine in lockdown.

1:43.7

So I just decided 830 was going to be my wake-up time.

1:46.7

I began it in the spring and stuck with it all through summer or so. I mean, I was len I would say nine times at a ten I would wake up at 8.30 and then

1:57.1

throughout this year it's more like 9.30 now but I have a time that I expect to be up by and unless there's another

2:06.3

circumstance I stick to that and that has helped me so much because once you're

2:12.2

out of high school and you're in college or just you're not

2:16.0

working maybe a typical schedule and you don't need to wake up at the same time
