I honestly don't even know where to start, uh, but I will start here.

We're back with, uh, our second time with our friend, Dr. Gorkenkel.

I'm very excited about this. Um, uh, I guess, I this. I guess where to start is why is this

discussion of drug cost transparency important? Or what would you say to folks who might not

necessarily think about that? Why should they think about this issue and why it's important?

People are actually shocked to learn. The doctors don't know how much the very prescriptions

they're writing will cost the patient. Right. And even my patients who are nurses are surprised

to learn that I don't know what the drug will cost.

So where do they learn?
