Summary

Joshua & Mr. Squirt head south from Cerulean City. Finding nothing worthwhile on Routes 5 or 6, they visit Vermilion City and explore Diglett's Cave before using Bill's ticket to board the S.S. Anne. They then throw their rivals overboard, rid the captain of his "sea sickness," and debate installing Mr. Squirt as his replacement. Finally, they Cut their way to Lt. Surge—and it's lights out for the third Gym Leader.
