she popped in to a pay-per-view, which is not something that I would have predicted. In fact,

I thought that the media was going to be a little resistant to Ronda's return,

but frankly, she's delivered and she's chosen to not take on Gina Carrano.

She's chosen to take on the UFC.

Yeah. to take on the UFC. Rhonda Rousey is back.

I got to tell you, she left a little bit unceremonious,

and that's a word that I steal from Errol Hawani.

But she has come back with such a thunder.

She pops in on pay-per-view over the weekend, AEW.

Now, when Rhonda gets announced against Gina,

in the world of, why am I watching this aside from it's on TV?

It's a tough answer. Like in the world of MMA, dying to see these gals, is it three rounds, is it five rounds? What weight class are they fighting that? I really don't think you can answer any of those questions. Oh, and by the way, your answer to any one of those questions would be, what difference does it make? I don't care. I don't care if they get on a scale. I don't care if it's

five minutes. I don't care if it's 50 minutes. I want to see the walkouts. I want to see them in the ring. Let's bring some kind of closure. Fade to black and roll the credits. And it works. That's a compliment. That's a very rare spot that you're in. But Rhonda left. she didn't make a lot of friends in MMA media.

MMA media was not very

big. There was a lot of dot com. There was a lot of guys trying to make it with their

recording device and their phone. And then you get the real fancy guy and he's got a YouTube

channel. And you get a really del real fancy guy and he's got a YouTube channel.

And you get the really deluxe guy. Maybe he's got something over on Apple and this is before

Spotify even exists. I mean, this was just the time frame. And then she had made some fancy

fancy new friends, right? Like all of a sudden you can't do the interview with the people in MMA that are covering MMA, but you can pop in on Ellen's couch.
