I'm Sari. And I'm Haley. And this is Seamwork Radio.

0:10.2

Welcome back to Seamwork Radio, where we share practical ideas for building a creative process

0:14.6

so you can sew with intention and joy. Today we've got a special sewing roundup episode

0:20.1

for you where we talk about the things

0:22.0

we're making, what we're excited about, what new things we're trying, and we answer some

0:27.1

listener questions. So we're going to start with a listener question. This is the first thing we've

0:33.4

got today. What do you do with clothing you've made but no longer wear? I have such a hard time

0:39.2

getting rid of things that I've made. All right. What about you? Okay. I've talked about this

0:45.1

0:52.4

made. I'll give them to someone I know or donate

1:17.0

closets, multiple. And what I did was I created a closet archive. And this is a place where we're

1:24.4

keeping things that I made a criteria of what fits the archive. So it's things

1:29.3

that have like special fabrics, special details that none of our other patterns have, or things

1:35.1

that are just like really special that we just love. And it was so nice to create this like criteria

1:39.9

for an archive and a place to save these special things, even if we don't reach for them at

1:44.2

photo shoots or for videos often. And I thought, this is such a great idea that I could start

1:50.2

doing for myself, because someday, what if my daughters are like, Mom, what about all these

1:56.1

cool clothes that you made? And then I'm going to be like, sorry, I just got rid of everything.
