inside TCO Performance Center with Will Regots from Sports Illustrated and Andrew Kramer of the Star Tribune and there's a lot of different places we could start.

We were discussing just before we went on the potential trade scenarios for the Vikings which could go a lot of different ways.

Oh yeah there's a game against the Green Bay Packers.

We had hugs during the coordinator press conferences.

Where do you want to start, Will?

I think we got to start with the hugs at least briefly. I mean what a morning here in Egan.

All right so West Phillips revealed to us that Dalton Reisner when he had his visit to DCO Performance Center gave him a hug which could be look the

hug that changed the trajectory of the season I don't know who's to say but you know

apparently Dalton Reisner is a hugger so I asked West Phillips if he wanted to

hug me and then he did and it was fine but then Matt Daniels he heard about the hug and then he wanted a hug and I got to say one of those guys played in the NFL and the other guy didn't.

That's my analysis of the hugs that I got.

So I feel pretty good. You know what? A good solid man hug.

That'll get you going.

Yeah, you beat the 49ers and all of a sudden you're just hugging the beat reporters.

It's incredible. It was a great game plan though.

He should be very impressed with himself.

There's always something different or interesting that happens on these

coordinator Thursday mornings, but I did not have collar hugs, two out of the three coordinators on my bingo card.

And we knew no matter what Brian Flores was not hugging Matthew Collar.

That was not.

And I wasn't asking.
