All right, I am super excited for today's episode.

I've done a ton of prep work.

I have a bunch of audio clips to play for you guys.

So it's been a running tradition for the last several years

on the podcast that we give predictions of what's

to come in the next year of photography.

And we of course did so in early 2017, and now it's been a year, and we get to follow up and see how those predictions fared.

Some of them okay and others not as great.

So last year, Connor, Sandy, Jeff, and I each put in our predictions and

it's going to be it's going to be fun to kind of go through the 2017 predictions and kind of

see what's happened in the photography industry over the last year and then in an

upcoming episode we will be doing our predictions for the next year.

So I'm going to kind of cut back and forth from past to present.

Hopefully you'll be able to tell a difference in the audio, so you'll see which version of Jim you're talking to the 2017 version or the new 2018 version.
