Well welcome everybody to the show and welcome to the first show coming to you from our newly

redesigned studio here at my house in downtown Orlando.

It still smells like new paint.

It smells like, well, it's because the paint just went on yesterday.

It's still not even fully completed yet.

We still have some more aesthetic stuff I want to do, but it still looks great though.

It looks great.

And before you start asking for pictures, I'm probably not going to post any so don't ask.

But we've got a lot more room now.

It's just much, much roomier and I'm so glad to have this out of my dining room.

You have no idea.

I think Maxwell is really happy too.

He's laying on a huge max rug.

Yeah, we got a nice big rug in here and Max is just as happy as could be.
