And I got to tell you, I listened to everyone that was sent and we got a whole bunch of them

last week. We got a lot. And it was really fun to sit and listen to some of these stories.

There's some great stories people are calling in with some really, really great experiences.

And this is just our way of giving a shout out to cast members and giving some recognition to

these guys. These guys work very, very hard. You'll hear me criticize the quality of some of the

service from time to time and from place to place at Disney. But there are some really, really great

cast members working there. And I think for as critical as we can be, we have to be equally vocal.

And saying thank you to the cast members who do a great job. So that's our way of doing it. We
