I'm Martha McCallum.

Something a little different for you this week.

I sat down with Fox News chief political anchor Brett Bear on his podcast, the Brett Bear podcast.

We were joined by Charles Payne, the host of

Fox Business Making Money and Fox News Senior Congressional Correspondent, Chad Pergram. And we talked

about a lot of the big topics that are going on this week, the protests on college campuses,

some hot tensions on Capitol Hill. It ended up being a really interesting conversation that I

wanted to share with all of you. So without further ado, here's my talk with Brett Bear, Charles Payne,

and Chad Pergroom. Martha, it's been amazing watching these protests and kind of the evolution

of them and how politically Democrats on the Hill and in the administration are trying to deal with them.

It sure has. And we're seeing this creep across the country. And one of the things that I've been thinking about, Brett, and it's good to be with you, is to step back and look at the history of the impact of these kind of protests. And when you do that,

you see that they've been effective, actually, over time, for better or worse, in some cases.

And this Hamilton building that the Columbia students are inhabiting right now, that they've taken

over by force right now, this has happened before at that building. It happened during the Vietnam
