Hello, everyone, and welcome back to EM Clerkship.

My name is Maddie Watts, and today we are bringing you Case 11 with none other than Dr. Sean Romney.

0:09.9

Sean, how's it going?

0:12.0

Oh, you know, it's going good.

0:14.2

I just got back from the end of a very exciting 6 a.m. shift, and I am primed ready to do an oral board's case. I'm excited for what

0:23.2

you got in store for me. All right. Well, last month I did things a little bit differently with a

1:21.7

we will all be taking for our boards moving forward. So please let me know what you guys

1:26.6

think about the new format. I'm

1:27.8

definitely open to feedback and we'll adjust as we go. All right, John, are you ready to get into

1:32.5

today's case? I am so excited. Let's go. All right. So today is number 11 of the game, 3.0. These cases
