And I'm starting this podcast with lozenges in my mouth, but like, you know what, there's just no time.

I gotta get my B12 in.

This has been the one window of my day that I've been able to take my B12,

what you need is a vegan, or you start craving salmon and seaweed.

When I have weird intense cravings for like a certain food, I always look at that food and I go,

what does that food have in it? What's that packed like with with vitamin and then I realize oh yeah I'm deficient in that but it's always B12. Anyway, I'm getting it in now and for some reason can you just swallow the lozenges?

Sure, yeah you can. I mean I don't know what would be the same absorption as the ones that you're

supposed to take in your mouth because I would just swallow these I love swallowing a pill I don't know I don't know the

science behind why you have to wait for it to melt in your mouth like want to

melt in your stomach why are we getting ahead of it agreed Agreed. I think it's because it's for people who don't like to swallow pills, but I have no problem

swallowing pills.

So swallow away?

I don't know. I just feel like it's like maximum absorption or something I mean it's like

rubbing coke in your gums or swallowing a coke pill that's a good point but no one

get it in right away yeah it's why you put the lazage in your nose?

I do, I mean I'm going to get a grinder and start snorting it and just rubbing it on my gums.

I mean that's pretty much, you can do a liquid form, you can just chug it in the morning.
