Have you guys ever played D&D?

Oh, I loved it when I was a kid.

Have you seen like the new races that you can be as a player character?

It's pretty cool.

They've gone nuts with it.

And some people wish they had kept it simple like

elf dwarf human but I always love doing obscure stuff when I was a kid I would beg my

friends to let me be a weird custom race and you can be like they're called Azamars they're like

fallen angels or like yeah and then there's the big one I want to try is

is furbulge they're like these Celtic giants.

Oh wow.

That like live amongst the trees and they're kind of cool.

Yeah, I was always trying to kind of adapt and let people like let me use characters out of the

monster manual as my character right isn't that fun yeah I like can I be like a

weird displacement beast guy and like no yeah I was always about like sure like, you sure learn the rules and then break them, you know, but there are too many people

when you're 12 years old who like they discover rules and it's their sanctuary from real life that these they can follow these

orders order yeah and like order junior high is just rife with rule-mongering
